At Run Trails, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next adventure. If your trail shoes or apparel aren't the right fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and trail shoes are clean of any dirt or debris.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
